Jessica Wu focuses on expanding the services of the company and advising sales and rentals on residential and commercial properties. Jessica started her real estate career in 2013 and has been recognized by clients and peers as a prominent broker. She has solid experience in building a cooperative relationship with other brokers and establishing a friendly relationship with her clients.

Jessica Wu was featured on World Journal and China Press as a star broker for Chinese international students and young professionals. She ensures to prioritize clients’ interests and needs and to be considerate in communicating and making suggestions as she respects the individual conditions of each client.

Before Jessica founded her own business, she kept the highest sales record at the agency she was working at previously. Prior to that, she had a career in finance at State Street Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Jessica Wu graduated from Clark University with a master of science in finance degree. Previously, she gained her undergraduate degree at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing in finance and education.
